Five days to twenty minutes.
About 650 jobs a month across 60 retail stores.

Orders landed in the retailer’s portal and waited for someone in the office to call the customer. When that call came at all, it came about two days later. And nobody could see how much capacity the installers had sitting open, so even a customer who picked up waited on someone to find a date.
We gave every installer their own calendar to post open windows and how many measures they’ll take. For the first time, the office could see that capacity. Now the system calls every order as it lands, books the measure straight into a real open window and hands anything unusual to the office with the history attached. Order landing to measurement scheduled went from five days to twenty minutes.

“This is one of my favorite things that’s been built. It’s unbelievable.”
The tech has the notes before the phone call ends.
Urgent service calls from commercial accounts, day and night.

After hours, calls went to an answering service that didn’t know the business. Techs woke up at 2am and took the notes themselves.
Now the Samurai answers, finds the account, sends urgent jobs to the on-call tech and puts a written summary in their inbox before the caller hangs up.

“They get the phone call and by the time they’re off the phone call, they already have the email summary. With the old on-call service it could be 30 minutes or so.”

“We don’t have our older guys having paper in their hand or looking for the paper. Everything’s already there. Just click, Google Maps opens up, or the phone recalls.”

“I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. I feel like you guys are actually attentive to my needs because we are pretty serious on our meeting cadence. A lot of other vendors I deal with, they’ll do this once and then they’re gone. They disappear and all they do is send big invoices.”

“The email alone is doing better than our current answering service. Here’s what happened, instead of ‘I think they called for this, I’m not sure.’”
